Shop Local and Win – Coromandel-Colville Campaign Launches This July

The Coromandel-Colville Business Association, with support from Thames-Coromandel District Council’s Buy Local initiative, is proud to launch a brand-new winter promotion: “Together We Win – Shop Colville to Coromandel.”

Running for the full month of July, the campaign encourages locals and visitors alike to explore and support the diverse range of small businesses across the northern Coromandel Peninsula — from boutique honey producers and local artists to food retailers and accommodation providers.

Every $10 spent at one of the 24 participating local businesses earns customers one entry into a prize draw to win a share of $1,500 in vouchers. Shoppers simply upload their receipts online to enter. Winners will be randomly drawn at the end of the campaign and can redeem their prize at any participating business — keeping the money flowing within the community.

Participating businesses will be displaying posters with QR codes and details on how to enter, and the campaign will be promoted online and across social media. So this July, support local, explore the Coromandel-Colville Ward — and you just might win! For more information and to submit receipts, visit www.CoromandelColville.nz

We’ve got such a vibrant mix of businesses up here, and winter is the perfect time to rediscover them – whether you’re picking up enjoying a hot coffee, riding the Driving Creek Railway or enjoying a night away – spending local helps our local community.
