One of the Coromandel’s premier yoga and wellness events is set to take over Whangamatā this April, as the Coromandel Yoga Festival takes place from April 17–19.
Bringing together a handpicked lineup of respected teachers and “wisdom keepers” from across the region, the festival has already generated strong demand, with only limited spaces remaining.
Set against the laid-back coastal backdrop the Coromandel is known for, the three-day event promises a fully immersive experience designed to energise the body, sharpen the mind and restore balance.

Participants can tailor their own weekend, choosing from a wide range of classes, workshops and sessions spread across three dedicated spaces:
- Body Space — movement, strength, yoga and dance
- Mind Space — talks, philosophy and practical tools for everyday life
- Soul Space — meditation, breathwork, mantra and reflection
Organisers say the festival is designed to be accessible for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or simply curious to explore.
Held at the Whangamatā Memorial Hall, the event runs across the full weekend, offering a rare chance to unplug, reset and reconnect.
With spots filling fast, those interested are encouraged to secure their place soon. For more information click here
